We are delighted to announce that our next project will be a playful, locative trail as part of the Coventry Mysteries Week 2012. More info will follow shortly but here’s a little teaser.
There is no one solution to conflict. It is up to each of us to enact our resolution.
The game begins at a central hub, a touchscreen display in an empty shop. Players are briefed via the hub and given a map of sites around at the city. Players choose their own journey around the sites of their choice. Each site poses a challenge; take a photo, scan a bar-code, talk to someone, send a text message, record a voicemail. Enact their resolution. Upon their return to the hub each user receives a personal record of their journey, a printed visualisation that augments their real world experience of the game.
